Whether you submitted a form online, or called us over the phone, we take the time to listen to your needs, budget considerations, and overall vision for your project. We make ourselves available to answer questions you may have, and to respect your time, work with you to schedule an appointment to address additional in-depth details.
Onsite Evaluation & Inspection
Once project details are agreed upon, we come out to the project site to perform a comprehensive inspection and evaluation. From there, we confidently provide you with honest, transparent, and personalized solutions and project estimate.
Contract Review & Approval
We take great pride in making sure that every part of the process is done professionally, and “by the book”. Along with your estimate you’ll also receive a Service Agreement detailing all aspects of the project including materials, labor, and timeline.
We recognize and respect the value behind your investment into a project, so work only gets started with your approval. Once signed, we provide you with a copy of the signed agreement for your records.
