Vegan Skin Rejuve Toner

On a clean face, using a cotton ball or cotton facial pad, soak with toner and apply to the face in an upward sweeping motion, avoiding contact with the eye area. Do not rinse. Use twice daily after cleansing for best results. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. External use only.
